Project Manager

What You’ll Do

This is a full-cycle role. You aren’t just dropping off a brochure; you are the face of RūfPlus to the homeowner.

  • Generate & Close Leads: Utilize door-knocking, networking, and digital strategies to find homeowners who need our help.

  • Inspect & Consult: Inspect roofs for damage, estimate project scopes, and present premium solutions.

  • Manage the Project: Coordinate with our material suppliers and crews. You’ll be on-site on build day to ensure our high quality standards are met.

  • Collect & Finalize: See the project through to completion and collect final payment.

Appointment Setter

Compensation: Uncapped Commission
Expected Earnings: $50,000 – $90,000+

At RūfPlus, we pay our appointment setters like partners. Your only job is to knock doors in targeted neighborhoods, identify roof damage, and schedule roof inspections. Our Project Managers handle the rest.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate high-quality leads by talking directly to homeowners in targeted neighborhoods (storm-damaged areas or neighborhoods where RūfPlus is actively building).

  • Schedule free inspections and document any damage observed to help the project manager with the insurance claim process.

  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude as the face of RūfPlus in the community.

We don’t offer a tiny hourly base that caps your potential. Instead, we offer massive, uncapped payouts for those who can produce results:

  • $100 Per Filed Claim: The moment the homeowner signs a contingency agreement and files a claim with their insurance, you get paid $100.

  • $1,000 Closed Deal Bonus: When our Project Manager closes the deal and we build the roof, you get a $1,000 bonus check.
